1981 - Born in Chicago, Illinois
1994 - Started first business venture distributing tobacco products
1996 - Began trading cell phones and miscellaneous products online
1999 - Expanded distribution business to peak with staff of 8 and over $45k/mo gross sales
2000 - Created and distributed mixed CDs while attending University of Nebraska in Lincoln
2001 - Transferred to University of Illinois in Chicago, where I distributed video games and provided short term financing
2002 - Hit rock bottom, discharged from college and had to get a job. Worked at Subway restaurants on the south side of Chicago, started as a dishwasher left a manager in the same year
2003 - Youngest in Illinois to receive Real Estate Broker’s License at 21, started a real estate career the same year with Baird & Warner
2004 - Independent contractor for Empire Business Brokers. Founded CBK & Family Inc. to provide Commercial Real Estate Brokerage & Finance services. Opened a small office in Chicago CBD
2004 - Developed L.A. Tan franchised tanning salon in downtown Chicago, broke even in the first year of operation
2005 - Founded La Vie Massage to provide corporate massage services in downtown Chicago
2005 - Developed National Hotel Exchange concept to provide transactional and finance advisory
2006 - Founded TransAtlantic Investments & Advisory Inc., a private investment and advisory firm. Over $250k gross profit in the first year
2007 - Barely survived. Downsized advisory business and began developing technology based concepts for financial markets. I see a gap in the market
2008 - Downsizing more profitable? Founded Principals Circle Corporation, a business innovations company. A new way of doing old business
2009+ One day the world will all be mine
